Fear, born from a sense of threat, urges us to build walls—walls that protect, but also separate us from those closest to us. It is human. When faced with crises, isolation often becomes a natural response—a need to retreat inward in search of balance. Yet, this week invites us to a different path. It reminds us that our strength does not emerge from solitude but from connection with others.

Sometimes, we step into “bubbles” in our everyday lives that call for a pause. And right now, it’s one of those times. We find ourselves in the same circumstances, watching the same flow of events, the monotony of our reality, yet seeing it all as if through a glass. Or like a film where we recognize the characters and the storyline, realizing that we are both writers and directors, crafting it with each conscious or unconscious micro-decision we make. Standing in this space, we can either nod and return to the familiar script or truly understand that we are both the director and the main character. But for this, we have to make an effort to “walk through the fire” and open a new field full of new possibilities.

Each of us views the world differently, through the lens of our own experiences. What may seem obvious to one person could be a mystery waiting to be discovered by another. The diversity of our perspectives forms a complex mosaic of human life. Yet, we often overlook the beauty of this diversity, overshadowed by our own beliefs. We think we know—simply because we have subjectively experienced something. We feel that certainty. We assume our way of seeing reality is the most accurate and, from that place, we try to help others. We rationalize it as having the distance needed to observe and evaluate a situation. We believe we know what others need, and what is best for them.

Sometimes, life seems to slip through our fingers, as if something within or around us has lost its natural rhythm. And yet, balance is our original state—a place we come from and can always return to. When in harmony, we stop struggling against the current and allow ourselves to flow with it. Staying out of balance, on the other hand, consumes an enormous amount of energy while rediscovering the serenity already residing within us is an act of liberation, not effort. All it takes is a single breath, a quiet moment, to notice what needs our care and attention.

This week kicks off with an intense Full Moon in Cancer, which might leave us feeling like we’ve just finished an emotional marathon. Tuesday could bring some turbulence in relationships, so it’s best to approach things with gentleness. Try not to push your expectations or insist on your point of view—by Thursday, everything should settle. By then, we’ll gain the clarity to honor both our ambitious, practical side and our sensitive, nostalgic one. There’s no need to choose; the goal is to create space for both of these energies.
